Request for Personal Feedback

Are you an individual who is living with very high levels of lipids (triglycerides or cholesterol) that is not well managed despite medications? Would you be willing to share your personal experience of this condition and what you look for an effective treatment?

The Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH) has been asked to provide Scientific Advice to a company on their early drug development plans.  CADTH is seeking to hear directly from a person with high triglycerides or high cholesterol plus triglycerides that has not responded to treatments. You would take part in a confidential discussion about your personal experience living with this condition, treatment goals, and exceptions with respect to an effective treatment. You would receive an honorarium of $100 and would also be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The whole activity would take about an hour, plus a short follow up.
